Churchill Crew Spring 2011 Registration

Dear Churchill Crew Parents:

Below, please find registration forms for the Spring 2011 season. We are still working out the details for our weekend practices and will let you know the final times asap. In the meantime, it is critical that we start registration immediately so we can start our program on time.

Please note that all continuing spring rowers must have completed the mandatory fall fund-raising wreath sale/buyout.

Please print and complete all three of forms linked below. Forms and materials need to be received by Sue Plotnick (address on form) no later than Tuesday, March 7th. This is a firm deadline.
